AmortizeLocal is a free, browser-based amortization schedule generator. It is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose. Use it at your own discretion.

Estimates, not advice — read this one

Everything on this site — the calculator’s output, the exports, and every page of writing — is general information and planning-grade estimation, not financial, legal or tax advice for your situation. Schedules use standard fixed-rate conventions with deliberate, documented simplifications; your lender’s figures govern your actual loan, and payoff amounts in particular must come from your lender, not from this site. Verify against your loan documents and servicer before making decisions — especially large payments. We accept no liability for consequences of relying on this site.

Your data

Numbers you enter are processed on your device and never transmitted to us — we acquire no copy of, access to, or rights over anything you type here (see the privacy policy).

Not a lender

AmortizeLocal is an independent website with no affiliation to any lender, servicer, broker or government agency, and it sells no loans and generates no leads. This site never asks for payment, card details, an SSN, contact information, or login credentials of any kind — a page that appears to is not this site.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, and don’t present its output as professional advice to others — it isn’t, and saying so is the deal. That’s the whole list.

Changes

These terms may be revised; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
