Especially welcome:

• Calculation bugs. A schedule that disagrees with your lender’s by more than a few dollars, an export that opens wrong, a browser where something misbehaves. Describe the loan in round numbers — please don’t email your real loan details; a mocked-up example shows the bug just as well.
• Corrections. If anything on the methodology page or in the guides is wrong or has gone stale — a convention, a regulation, a claim about how servicers behave — tell us, ideally with a link to the source.
• Missing situations. A loan type or payoff strategy the calculator handles badly or the guides don’t cover? Tell us what you expected to find.

Two things we can’t do: recover your saved numbers (they live in your browser, not with us — we never had them), and give financial advice for your personal situation (we publish general information; a fee-only adviser or your lender is the right party for your specifics).
